Although this procedure is relatively pain-free, the experience will vary depending on individual thresholds, and so any minimal discomfort experienced can be easily treated with pain relief where necessary.
Significant hair reduction will be noticeable after just one treatment, although we usually recommend multiple sessions to achieve the best results. Individuals with darker hair often experience more dramatic results than those with lighter hair. The amount of sessions necessary to achieve the desired removal results will vary from person to person, and also on the area being treated, but the best results are usually seen when our clients undergo two to eight treatments. These treatments must be between four and six weeks apart, to allow for regrowth between treatments.
